Smoother, more comfortable, and a little quieter (RAV4 hybrid was actually pretty quiet). I get 27 mpg on the highway. Supposedly it gets 29 in the city. I believe it. You definitely do not lose gas sitting in traffic. There are times I wish I had a smaller vehicle with even better gas mileage. Maybe I’ll trade it in in the future. For now it is a pleasure to drive and I would highly recommend for a family or someone who will be towing things on occasion. Towing capacity is 3500lb.
